Shoot the festival season In India

In India, Festival plays a major role for all religions. Festival starts from the August and finished on Holi in March. These months covers festivals like Krishna Janmashtami, Eid, Diwali, Christmas, Lohiri, Bhai Dooj, Raksha Bandhan, Karwa Chauth etc The most important attractions in the cities are markets, malls, roads, hotels, homes, temples etc are fully decorated and the entire festival time becomes moment of happiness for all the family, religion etc. My India is famous for unity in diversity and We all Indian are proud of this.

All these festival contains lots of photography content, which may be a treasure for any beginner or pro level photographer. It is quite a challenging job when you enjoy the festival along with the photography. Lots of jerk can shake your photos, lots of smiles can bring happiness to your photos, lots of portrait shot can give you an amazing shot. There are end number of experiences you may have during these festival’s shoot and none other things can ever give you this much vast photography experience.

One important thing to mention, Not only one time shoot for festival can give you better shots. Its a matter of practice, lots of foreign photographers use to come regularly to shoot Holi festival (water and colours, singing and dancing celebration) I guess they must have taken a number of photos, must have captured of so many spoiled shots. They must have got the amazing shots after several attempts, patience, expenditure etc Its not so easy, better gear-up yourself with good camera kit, tricks, photography experience etc

Please follow few important tips to shoot

• Carry less photography kit
• Choose zoom lens (18-200mm)
• Carry friend or assistant along with you
• Explore location, which festival celebrated at the best level like Holi festival is celebrated at best level in BARSANA, Mathura (UP)
• Follow safety features specially in this COVID situation
• Try to reach the location one day before
• Recce first then plan to shoot
• Never ever go so far to shoot on the festival season, shoot in your town circle
• Captures smiles, happiness, colourful locations, dancing, dancing steps etc
• Capture Temple, mosque, Gurudwara, church, hotels etc
