Being an Indian, I must say India is full of good weather conditions, good and different culture, a different religion, different interesting location etc On other hands I must say we have lot of great content to shoot as per the different season category. Let get to know how many seasons we have in India Indian Seasons

1. Winter – December to January – Temperature 5 to 25 Degree (Too Cold)
2. Spring – February to March – Temperature 20 to 25 Degree (Sunny & Pleasant)
3. Summer – April to June – Temperature 25 to 45 Degree. (Very Hot)
4. Monsoon – July to September – Temperature 30 to 40 Degree (Wet, Hot & humid)
5. Autumn – October to November – Temperature 20 to 30 Degree (Pleasant)

• Must choose the photography kit as per the season requirement
• Must carry safety accessories like rain cover for the camera, if shooting in the rainy season
• In the beginning, do not plan to shoot long-distance locations.
• Raining is one season can spoil your shoot day because of heavy rain, must google before shooting in any season especially for rainy season. In India now floods are quite common in some states.
• Winter season can also scrap your shoot if you are not carrying good hot stuff to wear, if you are not fit or cold season can make you sick then one should avoid shooting in winter.
• Spring & autumn are two great seasons to shoot. A pleasant season to shoot, no extra care is required
• Summer, In India there are few states where temperature can go up to 50 degrees (Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana etc) But you can choose early morning or late evening timings to shoot. Only water bottle required to carry.

Once you are friendly with seasonal photography then gradually you can plan to shoot culture, food, customs, tradition, spiritual place etc. You may have great photo bank of all your travelling photographs.

It may be a good start for beginners photographers as well as pro photographers. Every country has a different season and here I would like to mention that must shoot all the weather conditions and season etc. this exercise will help you to improve your level of photography, will boost your knowledge of handling camera & lenses and other accessories etcThe best thing about shooting seasons, we all are facing global warming problems and whatever we capture today and that may be or maybe not exist for tomorrow.
